About Banff Insider

Banff Insider is an exclusively Banff-focussed site designed to provide useful information and links for everyone from first time Banff visitors to locals and almost locals (we include Canmore-ites, Calgarians, and all the rest of Albertans in the "almost local" category!).

The Insider's office is Banff itself. Rather than have a physical office, we spend as much time as possible hiking and skiing, tasting and trying-on, and, it must be said, getting mud-masks and massages, in order to provide the most relevant and useful information on Banff. We are totally independent and therefore, with the exception of being totally biased in that we want you to enjoy Banff (and Canmore) as much as we do, we are completely unbiased with respect to our reviews of hotels, restaurants, and so on.

We are constantly updating and adding to our site, so be sure to bookmark us and check back in often, or click the RSS buttons to the left under the navigation bar to subscribe to our RSS feed: no email address is required and you will be kept up to date as we add to the website and post to the Insider's Banff Blog.
